At Car-Wah!, we want you to love what you receive. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • be unused

  • be in its original packaging

  • be in the same condition you received it

Non-Returnable Situations

Returns may not be accepted if:

  • the product has been used or damaged after delivery

  • the item is returned without original packaging

  • the return request is made after the 7-day return window

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.

We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a defective or incorrect product, Car-Wah! will cover the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is for any other reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after it has been processed.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must go through the return process instead.
